What we can help with
- A figure looks wrong. Send the page, the figure and a link to the official source that contradicts it. Corrections are made the same week and the checked date on the page is updated.
- A link is broken or mislabeled. Tell us which page, and whether the link is a source link or a commercial one.
- A question about the arithmetic. Every calculation on this site is written out in the guide it appears in, so you should be able to reproduce it. If you cannot, that is a problem with our explanation and we would like to know.
- A data protection request. Use the form and pick that topic. See Privacy for what is held.
What we cannot help with
- Whether you should take a particular facility. We are not a regulated adviser and we cannot see your accounts, your agreement or your circumstances.
- Applications, approvals and complaints. We are not a lender or a broker and we have no visibility of any application. Go to the provider.
- Legal questions about a guarantee or a facility letter. Take the document you are being asked to sign to a solicitor or attorney.
If you are a provider
If you operate a product covered on this site and a figure has changed, send the URL of the official page that now carries the correct figure, and we will update ours. Requests to alter wording without a source will not be actioned.
